• Substantive errors (a wrong name, title, figure, date or claim) are corrected on the article, with a note giving the date and what changed.
• Minor typographical fixes that do not change meaning may be made without a note.
• Articles are never deleted to hide a mistake. If a story must be withdrawn, an explanation is published in its place.
• Every substantive correction is listed in the log below.
